Scouted at a One Direction concert in Amsterdam by Tjarda Jansen a few months ago, Dutch delight Noa was ecstatic! And with her mother’s blessing Noa signed with Tjarda Model Management and did her first show at Amsterdam Fashion Week. As yet unsigned outside of the Netherlands, Noa’s look is reminiscent of a young Angela Lindvall.
